For years we’ve been confronted with the climate crisis, economic volatility, cultural conflicts, technological disruptions, economic downturns, political unrest and the mental health crisis. People feel disempowered and disillusioned by these wicked problems. How do we move forward from here?
This moment is ripe for change. More than ever we need transformational leaders, organizations and communities who can work together to guide us towards a thriving future, rooted in human and ecological well-being.
We can learn to renew ourselves and re-imagine our world, together.
We all benefit from feeling inspired, empowered, and supported as we move through life’s challenges.

We all want an opportunity to become our best selves, belong to a supportive community, and contribute to something that is bigger than our own lives.
We all have a unique blend of knowledge, skills, ideas and energy that can be of benefit to the world. All we need is help discovering how to do so.
My experience as a strategist, designer and facilitator has shown me that it’s possible to empower others to contribute to desirable future states by helping them tap into their potential and by reducing the barriers that stand in their way.
How do we empower people and communities to thrive?
As a learning and development leader, I combine strategic thinking and systems thinking to make transformation possible.
I design and develop learning experiences, group practices, community networks, organizational systems and supportive resources. When aligned to a shared vision and goals - these conditions empower people, teams, organizations and communities to thrive in complex and challenging conditions.
My holistic approach to workplace learning and development is informed by knowledge and practices from adult education, community development, design thinking, innovation, leadership and sustainability.
With life-changing learning experiences and empowering support systems, I help changemakers grow their ability to impact.

Over my decade-long career as a learning and development professional, I've worked with leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop capacity-building initiatives that empower people, teams and communities.
This includes:
Designing and developing workplace initiatives to support culture change
Facilitating skill-building workshops related to leadership, innovation and sustainability
Developing digital information systems, resources and tools
Creating marketing, communications and engagement strategies
Fostering community partnerships and organizing collective impact approaches
Designing community building events
