rAbout Life Chats
Come join our monthly gathering to connect with others and have meaningful conversations about the ideas and experiences that shape our lives.
With a warm and welcoming space, thoughtful questions, and plenty of time for sharing, we'll have a chance to learn from each other’s stories and perspectives. My hope is that you leave feeling more connected, more inspired, and clearer about what truly matters to you.
About this topic
Throughout history community has played an integral role in human life; it helps us thrive as a species. Yet, in today's world, many of us face barriers to building and sustaining community. In a world that can feel increasingly disconnected, how do we create and nurture the kinds of communities that truly support us?
Together we'll explore what community means in our lives, and how we can overcome barriers to build deeper connections.
Our guiding questions for this event:
What does community mean?
When have you felt a sense of belonging?
How do you experience community in your life? How would you like to?
What barriers get in the way of connecting to people and place?
How might we foster stronger communities?
