What you can expect

  • I will reply to your inquiry within 48 hours with a friendly confirmation and an initial set of questions to learn about your event.

    Once I’ve heard back from you, we’ll make plans for an in person or virtual consultation meeting to explore how we can work together.

  • Let’s discuss your dream for the event and how the music fits into it!

    At our consultation meeting I’ll arrive with a set of guiding questions to help us explore possibilities together. This will include conversations about your music tastes, your guests, your event plan, your audio-visual needs, and how we can work together to make this a great experience.

  • Once we’ve confirmed a go ahead plan, I will provide you with a detailed contract and project timeline to guide our work together.

    Depending on your event, the next steps may include additional planning meetings, a venue walk through, or personalized playlist preparation.

    Throughout the planning process I will provide you with regular updates and ask for your feedback to ensure we’re on the right track.

  • Our aim is to be fully prepared before the event so you can live in the moment at your event.

    You can count on me to arrive on time, dressed in appropriate attire, and with the equipment needed for the good times ahead.

    I will be available and open for questions or conversations throughout the visit. I’m ready to adjust on the fly as needed.

  • In the days following the event, we’ll connect for a quick debrief conversation to touch-in about any final items left to discuss.
